Return & Refund Policy

Summary: Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Physical products (vinyl, CDs, cassettes, apparel, posters) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition. Contact support@leerecs.com to start a return.

1. Digital Products

All digital downloads (MP3, WAV, FLAC, and other digital file formats) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file delivered, as the product is immediately consumed upon delivery.

Exceptions:

In these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund or re-deliver the file.

2. Physical Products

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the buyer, or are returned after the return window will not be accepted.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@leerecs.com with subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]".
  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in our reply. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return or approving the request. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the item ships. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the download link is delivered. To cancel, email support@leerecs.com immediately after placing the order.
